Photographer
LN-LMR (13652) This aircraft was only leased to Wideroe from May - Sept 1962 and was the first DC-3 in the fleet which was obtained to start charter flights from Oslo. This was its only visit to Newcastle, where it was parked to one side prior to going to the terminal area, to collect a cargo of seafood which arrived by road from Eyemouth. This was big business until the arrival of the refrigerated trucks. This aircraft was finally broken up at Oslo/Fornebu 1967.
