VisualHub Video Converter
 
The VisualHub Video Converter for Mac has been discontinued as have all their products, any idea how to resize and save vid's on FLV format for a Mac?

I use the KeepV Flash converter which is free. Does not say it is not for the mac so you might investigate this one..
