N11817 recovered from a very dirty duplicate made from a John Stewart original. Delivered to the USAF as 52-3282 on 08/29/55, sold to Slick on 12-18-56, then sold Alaska in 1958, crashed on approach to Elmendorf AFB AK on undershot approach 02-22-60 injuring 4 crew members.
