N757HW This photo was taken by Eugene Cupps of Honeywell. On the morning of October 23, 2008, the FAA MIDO completed their inspection of the 757's documentation, aircraft mods and program plans and issued the aircraft's experimental airworthiness certificate for the initial check-out flights. This cleared us Honeywell to go fly with their new 757 (replacing the 720 that was scrapped in June of this year) and the Honeywell crew (Joe, Helmut and Ian) departed Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport for an approximate 2.5 hour low speed/altitude flight.
